NORTHWESTERN COLLEGE PHYSICAL EDUCATION <br />For September 24th, Council wants Don Rickson and Northwestern College architect to provide <br />the following: <br />1) Comparison of Landscape Plans (1986 vs. 1995) <br />2) Comparison of Grading Plans (1986 vs. 1995) <br />3) Comparison of Parking Plans (1986 vs. 1995) <br />4) Comparison of Storm Ponding Plans (1986 vs. 1995) <br />5) Comparison of Building Mass (1986 vs. 1995) <br />6) Comparison of Building Height (1986 vs. 1995) <br />7) A model of new building from Don Erickson <br />On September 24th, Council wants Mice Creek Watershed to provide: <br />1) A written history of approvals and problems on this site (entire campus site). <br />2) A written checklist of items which must be completed in order to gain Rice Creek <br />Watershed approval. <br />3} A report on a walk the site to be done by staff, Dale Eklin, and representatives of <br />Northwestern College. Council is to be invited to this walk through. <br />On September 24th, Council wants S to provide: <br />1) A ghg k� listing of all conditions of approval for all buildings at Northwestern College. <br />2) A listing of all buildings and grading permits issued to date. <br />3) Copies of all minutes from this PUD review. <br />4) A list of property owners notified in past and a letter notifying them on Council review on <br />September 24th. <br />e and recommendations the City received from Rice Creek <br />5) A review of all correspondenc <br />Watershed on this project to date. <br />6) A review of parking adequacy - why were 38 spaces added south of Lydia - was this part <br />f plan? <br />o <br />7) review by building inspector as to where Northwester: College is to date on <br />construction (Dr. Erickson said steel will arrive October 23rd. Is this correct?
