NORTHWESTERN COLLEGE PHYSICAL EDUCATION For September 24th, Council wants Don Rickson and Northwestern College architect to provide the following: 1) Comparison of Landscape Plans (1986 vs. 1995) 2) Comparison of Grading Plans (1986 vs. 1995) 3) Comparison of Parking Plans (1986 vs. 1995) 4) Comparison of Storm Ponding Plans (1986 vs. 1995) 5) Comparison of Building Mass (1986 vs. 1995) 6) Comparison of Building Height (1986 vs. 1995) 7) A model of new building from Don Erickson On September 24th, Council wants Mice Creek Watershed to provide: 1) A written history of approvals and problems on this site (entire campus site). 2) A written checklist of items which must be completed in order to gain Rice Creek Watershed approval. 3} A report on a walk the site to be done by staff, Dale Eklin, and representatives of Northwestern College. Council is to be invited to this walk through. On September 24th, Council wants S to provide: 1) A ghg k� listing of all conditions of approval for all buildings at Northwestern College. 2) A listing of all buildings and grading permits issued to date. 3) Copies of all minutes from this PUD review. 4) A list of property owners notified in past and a letter notifying them on Council review on September 24th. e and recommendations the City received from Rice Creek 5) A review of all correspondenc Watershed on this project to date. 6) A review of parking adequacy - why were 38 spaces added south of Lydia - was this part f plan? o 7) review by building inspector as to where Northwester: College is to date on construction (Dr. Erickson said steel will arrive October 23rd.
