u <br />Project Proposer: <br />Northwestern College <br />3003 Snelling Avenue North <br />Roseville, Minnesota <br />2. Description of Proposed Project: <br />Construction of a new indoor athletic facility called the <br />Life and Health Fitness Center consisting of a total of 80.,430 <br />square feet, to include space for four basketball courts. The <br />proposed building is three and one-half to four stcries in height. <br />Expansion of present outdoor athletic facilities requiring moving <br />portions of the rcadway system which provides egress from the site on <br />Lydia at the southwest corner of the campus. <br />A new residence dormitory on the eastern side of the campus <br />with accompanying parking space on the surface. <br />Increased parking spaces on campus on the Rosevill portion of <br />the campus of up to 304 additional parking spaces. <br />Seating capacity in the Life and Health Fitness Center for sporting <br />events up to 2,000 person seating capacity. <br />Movement of the present access located at the southeast portion <br />of the campus. This access is presently adjacent to Snelling <br />Avenue North at the intersection of Snelling and Lydia. <br />
