REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION <br />DATE: 5/12/86 <br />ITEM NO. : E - � <br />Department Approval: Manager Reviewed: Agenda Section: <br />Reports and Recommendations <br />Item Description: Wilfred Spear request for preliminary plat at <br />2140, 2150 Cleveland Avenue, and 2030 County <br />Road B. <br />The Planning Commission, at its May 7, 1986 meeting, unanimously <br />recommended approval of the Wilfred Spear request for preliminary <br />plat at 2140, 2150 Cleveland Avenue, and 2030 County Road B. <br />Mr. Spear had previously been before the Council March 17, 1986; <br />however, he withdrew his request at that point in time. Mr. <br />Spear is again requesting the preliminary plat, with only minor <br />modifications which have simply enlarged his lots. The Planning <br />Commission attached the following conditions: <br />1. That driveways not be allowed in the diagonal area of lot 2. <br />2. That both the existing north/south 15 foot utility easement <br />and the east/west 7.5 foot utility easement be converted to <br />utility and drainage easements with the widths remaining the <br />same. These easements to be effective immediately upon <br />approval of plat. <br />3. That there be dedication of a 6 foot easement along the County <br />Road B side of the parcels for the proposed pathway. This <br />easement will have to be provided for by separate instrument. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion approving/denying Wilfred Spear request for preliminary <br />plat at 2140, 2150 Cleveland Avenue, and 2030 County Road B, with <br />the above conditions if so desired, and establishing the Council <br />Public Hearing for June 9, 1986, on the final plat. <br />
