AGREEMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT IS MADE, this day of ______ <br />1985, by and between Lido Cafe, Inc., a Minnesota Corporation, <br />(hereinafter referred to as Lido), Interstate Properties, Inc., a <br />Minnesota Corporation, (hereinafter referred to as Interstate), <br />Witte Transportation Company, a Minnesota Corporation, (hereinafter <br />referred to as Witte), Glendenning Properties, Inc., a Minnesota <br />Corporation, (hereinafter referred to as Glendenning), and the <br />City of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, a Municipal <br />Corporation, (hereinafter referred to as Roseville). <br />R E C I T A L S <br />1. Lido has contracted for the purchase of certain real <br />property located in the City of Roseville, Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota, legally described as: <br />Lot Two (2) , Block One (1) , Slawik <br />Park Second Addition, Ramsey County, <br />hereinafter referred to as the "Lido Property"; <br />2. There presently exists over and across the North thirty <br />(30) feet of the Lido Property an easement in favor of <br />Interstate, it's successors and assigns to provide <br />access to property owned by Interstate located imme- <br />diately to the West of the Lido Property and legally <br />described as follows, to -wit: <br />
