Lido is proposing to enter into a Development Agreement <br />with Roseville whereby Lido will undertake to construct <br />and operate upon the Lido Property a restaurant business <br />specializing in Italian cuisine; <br />4. Glendenning as an Assignee of Interstate, is presently <br />leasing to Witte the Interstate Property and Interstate, <br />Glendenning and Witte all desire to maintain access from <br />the East to the Interstate Property; <br />5.
