All that part of the West 580 feet of the <br />East 1,075 feet of the Southeast 1/4 of Sec- <br />tion 4, Township 29, Range 23, lying North <br />of the centerline of County Road "C" as now <br />located, except the North 400 feet thereof, <br />and except that part of the West 80 feet <br />thereof, lying South of the North 2,251.82 <br />feet thereof:, subject to County Road "c" <br />and also subject to County Ditch No. 4. <br />hereinafter referred to as "The Interstate Property". <br />3. Lido is proposing to enter into a Development Agreement <br />with Roseville whereby Lido will undertake to construct <br />and operate upon the Lido Property a restaurant business <br />specializing in Italian cuisine; <br />4. Glendenning as an Assignee of Interstate, is presently <br />leasing to Witte the Interstate Property and Interstate, <br />Glendenning and Witte all desire to maintain access from <br />the East to the Interstate Property; <br />5. To accomodate the development of the Lido Property and <br />to provide for proper access to the Interstate Property, <br />it is the intention of aii ,4: A- t- _ <br />Interstate, Glendenning and Witte all join in the ter- <br />mination of the easement presently existing over and <br />across the Northerly thirty (30) feet of the Lido <br />Property and that Lido sell to Roseville pursuant to the <br />terms of the Development Agreement between them, the <br />South 50 Beet of the Lido Property, (hereinafter <br />referred to as the "L_4ght-of-way"), which is to be deve- <br />loped into a public roadway running Easterly and <br />-2- <br />
