PROPOSED LIDO ITALIAN RISTORANTE <br />The proposed development is a complete, full <br />service, moderate -priced Italian restaurant which <br />includes a lounge, restaurant, Italian deli.. and <br />banquet facility. Total seating capacity is approxi- <br />mately 3750 <br />The hours of operation will be customary and <br />they will begin by opening for lunch.and dinner seven <br />days _a week. Breakfast is also planned for a later <br />date. The restaurant.will not be opened past 10:00 <br />P.M. Sunday evenings nor past 1:00 A.M.-other days. <br />More precise hours of operation will be determined <br />based on supply/demand. <br />Food preparation is from scratch with the highest <br />quality standards. practiced. Recipes are distinctive, <br />and most have been developed and perfected by the <br />Lido,., Both Italian and American food will ire _served <br />with the_emphasis on Italian. Foods will also be <br />available for home consumption in hot, ambient, and <br />'frozen .strates. Some packaging of foods for grocery <br />stores and'instituti.onal use will be done on'the pre- <br />mises. <br />While musical entertainment is not planned it <br />also is not completely _ruled out. <br />The decorwi11 be sophisticated yet informal. <br />The center of attention will b.e the _atrium. under -which <br />will be a piazza --style dining, area.
