We agreed to the assessment not to <br />exceed $16,677 or 1/3 the cost of the roadway whichever <br />was lower. <br />We find ourselves in a situation where real estate taxes <br />have climbed beyond reason and certainly beyond what <br />we can afford in light of our operation. We need to <br />make some improvements in our <br />P <br />screening of the rooftop unitsas <br />including the <br />to develop the outside diningas Feed. We also need <br />th the cit <br />and our customers. There are also ramnumberised oof internal <br />improvements which we need to accomplish to be able to <br />continue to compete vigorously with the major chains. <br />Because of all of this we are asking your consideration <br />in relieving us of the assessment burden of the $4,071 <br />per year.
