As per your request I am submitting the <br />following for you to evaluate and get back to me <br />at your earliest convenience. <br />I know that you are aware that we have done our <br />best to be a good, respectable neighbor as well as <br />a supporter of various activities throughout the <br />city. We few involved with the Lido are attempting <br />to constantly improve our operation soas not to be <br />only business competitive but also to be a real <br />credit to the community. We all attribute a part <br />of our success to the joint cooperation between the <br />city and us. We want everyone to know and realize <br />that we thoroughly enjoy being in Roseville and <br />consider our investment more of a "home" than a <br />business. <br />Regarding our real estate taxes, we budgeted them <br />for approximately $37,000 for calendar year 1987 <br />payable in 1988.
