City of Roseville Planning Staff <br />We now propose to move the driveway away from the northern <br />property line entirely to satisfy the neighbor's objections. <br />The driveway will now be located between two of the proposed <br />buildings. <br />In addition to addressing the above problems, we remain convinced of <br />the importance of protecting the landscape buffer that this site <br />provides, and we are making every effort to improve that buffer. <br />Beyond the aesthetic and political issues, we of course have addressed <br />problems of driveway grade, emergency vehicle access, site drainage, <br />site utilities, property maintenance, etc. We are also prepared <br />to work with the city staff, and neighbors to address concerns as <br />they arise. <br />SA.I : ks <br />2 <br />
