•
The Honorable Mayor
and Members of the City Council
City of Roseville
2660 Civic Center Drive
Roseville, Minnesota
•
May 15, 1985
We are applying to the City of Roseville for a division of
our lots in order to create one new lot. We are also apply-
ing for the rezoning of -this new lot to R-2 with a z.)ro lot
line legal description. This would enable a double home to
be constructed on the property.
The new lot would be known as approximately 2220 North Lexington
Avenue with a general legb.l description of: The South 80 feet
of Lots 1 and 2, Block 2, Hamm's Rearrangement. The lot would
be located ?5 feet north of the 55 unit Lexington Court Apartments
complex.
This new lot would measure 80 x 149.5 feet, totalling 11,960
square feet. Our home is on the remaining portion of Lots 1
and 2, which would then measure 149.5 x 150.21 feet (after the
division) totalling 22,446 square feet. See sketch on proposed
plan.
There would be no adverse effects from these changes. An ex-
pected beneficial effect would be additional property tax base
in Roseville resulting in substantial additional property taxes
for Roseville, Ramsey County, #623 School District, State of Minnesota.
Thank you.
Frank J. aggerty .
