NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Roseville will meet at the Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, on Wednesday, July 3, 1985, at 7:30 P.M. for the <br />purpose of considering the following request: <br />Frank Haggerty application for rezoning from R-1 to R-2 and <br />division of lot at 2218 Lexington. <br />The applicant proposes to divide the existing lot into two lots <br />and construct a duplex. <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville will meet on Monday, <br />July 22, 1985 at the City Hall,` at 7:30 P.M. to consider this <br />request. <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: <br />All of Lot 1 and Lot 2, Block 2, Hamm's rearrangement. <br />James F.
