The proposed replatting includes the pro- <br />posed liquor store and bar-b-q restaurant parcels as well as parcels previously <br />approved for lot division and which have already been sold by Fine Associates to <br />Stuart Anderson's Cattle Company and Fuddruckers. The proposed plat would create <br />Venture Second Addition and the four lots would be used as follows: <br />Lot #1 will be occupied by a Stuart Anderson's Cattle <br />Company Restaurant, currently under construction. <br />Lot #2 will be occupied by a Fuddrucker's restaurant, <br />currently under construction. <br />Lot #3 will be the site of the proposed MGM Off -Sale <br />Liquor Store. <br />Lot #4 will be the site of the proposed Luther's Bar-B-Q <br />family restaurant. <br />We believe the off -sale liquor store and family bar-b-q restaurant development will <br />appropriately complement the adjacent restaurant projects now under construction, <br />and that these projects will be an asset to the City. <br />Sinc ly, <br />Robert T.
