NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the Minor Variance Board of the City of Roseville <br />2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at 8:15 a.m. <br />Wednesday, October 31, 1984, in the City Hall to consider the following: <br />Robert Michels request: for minor variance at 1302 Willow Circle. <br />The applicant proposes to construct a new house extending to within 7.5 feet <br />of the east side property .line, within 8 feet of the west side property line, and within 23 feet of the front yard property line.
