REVIE <br />The Minor Variance Board, at its November 8 meeting, approved minor <br />variances to allow the construction of a new house, extending to <br />within 24 feet of the front yard property line, and to within 8 f <br />of the west side yard property line, and within 9.5 feet of t eet <br />e <br />side yard property line at 1302 Willow Circle. Mr. Michels hadeast <br />requested the house be allowed to extend to within 7.5 feet of the <br />east side property line. The Hinor Variance Board feels the smaller <br />setback would be out of scale with the other houses on the cul-de- <br />and would be detrimental to the area. sac, <br />Attached are a site plan, and a map showing consenting property owners. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Motion approving/denying Bob Michels request <br />for minor variances to allow the construction <br />of a house extending to within 24 feet of the <br />front yard property line, to within 8 feet of <br />the west side property line, and to within <br />9.5 feet of the east side property line at <br />1302 Willow Circle. <br />
