C. Dilution <br />No Person shall use potable or process water In any way for the <br />purpose of diluting a discharge as a partial or complete substitute <br />for adequate treatment to achieve compliance with the limitations <br />set forth in these Rules or applicable Pretreatment Standards. <br />ID. Trap Installations <br />Grease, oil and send tiaps %hall be provided fir the proper discharge <br />Of waste containing excess::ve amounts of grease. oil, or sand. All <br />trap installations shall be regularly cleaned and maintained for ade- <br />quate performance. <br />E. Non -Contact Cooling Water <br />Every Person shall discharge non -contact cooling water via a <br />NPDES Permit whenever prudent and feasible. <br />
