r
CASE NMIBER: 1522-84
APPLICANT:. T.G.I. Fridays, Inc.
Page 3
(contiguous to the County Road C intersection). We suggest that these
evergreens be changed to a low spreading type evergreen (Pfit;zer Juniper)
so as to not restrict traffic visibility across this corner.
9. The Planning Commission and Council may wish to note too that at such time
as a traffic signal is warranted, this property and others served by the
intersection will be assessed for portions of the City's costs.
10. In summary then, the application is to rezone the land from B-1 to B-1B
and approval for a special use permit for site plan approval. If the plan
is approved, the special use permit might include the following
conditions.
a. Development of the plan as indicated on plans dated 27 June 1984.
b. Subject to review of final engineering details by the Engineering
Department.
c. Reduction in the height of the evergreens at the northwest corner of
the service road and County Road C.
d. Acceptance on the part of the applicant for a future assessment
relating to the development of a traffic signal at County Road C and the
service road.
