• • 1 <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN <br />Notice is hereby given that the Minor Variance Board of the City of <br />Roseville, 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, will meet <br />at 8:15 a.m., Wednesday, May 30, 1984, in the City Hall to consider <br />the following: <br />Josef Turchiniak request for minor variance to east side <br />yard setback at 778 Lovell Avenue. <br />The applicant proposes to construct an attached garage at the east <br />side of the existing home, extending to within S feet of the east side <br />yard property line.
