Turchiniak request for minor variance MGR. REVIEWED/RECOMMENDS: <br />E-11at 778 Lovell. <br />The Minor Variance Board, at its May 30th meeting, recommended approval of <br />Josef Turchiniak's request for minor variance to side yard setback at 778 <br />Lovell. Mr. Turchiniak proposes to replace the existing detached garage <br />with an attached garage extending to within S feet of the east side yard <br />property line. The ordinance requires a 10-foot setback. <br />Attached are a site plan and a map showing consenting property owners. <br />Council Action Requested: Motion approving/denying Josef Turchiiliak's <br />request for minor variance to allow the <br />construction of an attached garage extending <br />to within S feet of the east side yard property <br />line at 778 Lovell. <br />
