First Bank/Vertimag Parcel <br />Legal: The South 750 feet of the West 130.15± feet <br />of the SA of the SWh of Section 5, Township 29, <br />Range 23 (part of tax parcel 79-00500-040-57). <br />Owner: The fee owner is The First National Bank of <br />St. Paul. <br />Intended Use: Assemblage for proposed development. <br />Remarks: Commers-Klodt has entered into a purchase <br />agreement for the property with The First <br />National Bank of St. Paul. <br />Division of Present Property Parcels <br />The Commers-Klodt land assemblage for their proposed high <br />technology oriented office -warehouse development will require <br />the division of two existing property ownerships. They are: <br />(a) the dividing of the Marabella property identified in para- <br />(!raph 1 above into the south parcel for primarily new roadway <br />p--rposes, Lnd the north parcel for eventual sale to Vertimag <br />Systems Corp., and (b) the dividing of the 5.89 acre First <br />Bank/Vertimag property identified in paragraph 3 above into <br />the south 2.11 acre parcel for use in the Commers-Klodt devel- <br />opmen•, and the north 3.78 acres for continued office- <br />manufac-uring plant use by Vertimag., <br />Accomr.-irying this letter are the following: <br />(1) ,he formal application form and the $100 fee for the <br />"Ltvision of Platted Lot" and the "Minor Variance." <br />( 2 ) Absti .icto.r' s certificate. <br />(3) Two coFi_es of proposed plan and 20 reduced copies <br />8�" x 11 ' . <br />(4) Copies of plats showing the subject land assemblage <br />and nearby properties.
