Owner: The fee owner is The First National Bank of St. Paul. Intended Use: Assemblage for proposed development. Remarks: Commers-Klodt has entered into a purchase agreement for the property with The First National Bank of St. Paul. Division of Present Property Parcels The Commers-Klodt land assemblage for their proposed high technology oriented office -warehouse development will require the division of two existing property ownerships.
