The absorption of this large cost item results <br />in an ecnomic need to construct a building at least <br />75,500 square feet in size. <br />4. The proposed high technology office -warehouse will <br />have brick exterior walls on both the County Road C <br />and proposed Commers Drive exposures. The good quality <br />construction and the "first class" building features <br />will provide an appearance more consistent with that <br />of an office building than of 4he "typical" concrete <br />block office -warehouse facility.
