000
ROSEVILLE
PROPERTIES
MANAGEMENT CO.
May 23, 1984
C
•
2660 North Cleveland, St. Paul, Minnesota 55110 • (612) 633.6312
Planning Commission
City of Roseville
2660 Civic Center Drive
Roseville,MN. 55113
Attention: Ron Morse
RE: Commers-Klodt
County Road C Development Proposal
Gentlemen:
On biay 14th I sent you a letter in regard to the request
for variances on our proposed high technology officq-
warehouse development to be situated along the north side
of County Road C near the St. Anthony city limits' There
are two items in support of the variance proposals that
I neglected to make note of in that correspondence. Briefly,
they are as follows:
1, immediately adjacent to the west side of
the subject site but within the St.Anthony
city limits, is Aro Industries, Inc.. which
is an office -warehouse. Adjoining that
property is Cush Register Sales, Inc. which
in turn is adjoined by Walter R. Harmnoni
Company. All three of these industrial
properties have bui ldir.g setbacks of 20 fect
from County Road C. Our request for a 15
foot building setback would apparently be
compatible with the setbacks of these adjoin-
ing/nearby improved properties, and would
apparently present no visual restrictions or
unfavorable "appearance issues" for these
neighboring industrial ownerships.
I
