That Section 6, <br />Subdivision 4 of Ordinance No. <br />31 is hereby amended so that <br />the same shall hereafter be read <br />as follows; <br />Subdivision 4. No license <br />shall be granted within 1000 feet <br />of any school or within 1000 feet <br />of any church.
