NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Roseville will meet at the Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, on Wednesday, June G, 1984, at 7:30 p.m., for the purpose of <br />considering the following request: <br />Kelly McGurran request for variance at 2849 Marion Street. <br />The applicant proposes to construct an addition to the existing garage <br />extending to within 8.3 feet of the south side property line.
