Andre, <br />*City Manager <br />Re: Marie Woller <br />Request for division of lot <br />at 851 County Road B <br />Gentlemen: <br />The undersigned received a notice of public hearing concerning the above - <br />captioned matter set for May 2, 1984, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />I own the property immediately north of the lot proposed to be split. <br />only concern is that many years ago the Wollers erected a fence on their <br />north property line and my south property line, and being it was on theMy <br />property line, I was unable to locate another fence along there so I <br />anchored my east -west fence lines to their fence which is also on m <br />property line. y <br />I have no objection to the proposed split, but I would like to see that <br />the fence be not removed as a part thereof. <br />Yours very truly, <br />7 <br />Christine B.
