Because the lots to the north, however, <br />have only 175 feet of depth, there is inadequate area to develop <br />additional lots on the north side. Thus, it would appear that the <br />division as proposed represents the most reasonable way to gain any <br />additional lots out of the lot pattern that exists in this block. <br />u <br />
