NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />e <br />Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Roseville <br />will meet at the Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, on Wednesday, <br />December 7, 1983, at 7:30 p.m., for the purpose of considering the following <br />request: <br />n g <br />Dean Westerlund request for variances to parking setbacks at <br />2201 Lexington. <br />The applicant proposes to construct an office building parking area extending <br />within 10 feet of the front yard property line and to within 7 feet of the <br />east side property line.
