REVIEWED/RECOMMENDS: <br />zoning from I-1 to B-3 <br />and variance to <br />sign ordinance at <br />2465 Fairview <br />The Planning Commission at <br />its January 5th <br />meeting unanimously .recommended approval <br />fRb C <br />0 o erts onstructaon, Inc. request for rezoning from I-1 to B-3 at 2465 Fairview, <br />with the following conditions: <br />1) That all parking lots adjacent to Fairview Avenue be set back 15' from the <br />existing property line. <br />2) That the entire northerly parking lot be constructed with curb and gutter. <br />3) That the southerly parking lot be constructed with curb and gutter in that <br />portion easterly of -the front of the structure. <br />- <br />4) That 6.5' of additional. right-of-way be dedicated adjacent to Fairview Avenue. <br />The Commission also recommended approval of Roberts Construction, Inc. request to <br />withdraw their application for variance to sign ordinance at 2465 Fairview. <br />Attached is the Planner's report. <br />Caunell Action Requested: Motion approving/denying Roberts Construction, Inc. <br />request for rezoning. from I-1 to B-3 at 2465 Fairview <br />(with conditions, if desired) . <br />If the rezoning is approved, the following motion <br />should also be adopted. <br />Motion adopting an ordinance rezoning the property <br />at 2465 Fairview Avenue from I-1 to B-3„ <br />Motion approving Roberts Construction, Inc, request to <br />L <br />withdraw their 'application for variance to sign ordinance <br />at 2465 Fairview. <br />� t <br />
