MUTUAL AND RECIPROCAL PARKING AGREEMENT <br />This Agreement made and entered into this day of ,1983 <br />by and between Thomas Willmus, d/b/a Williams Properties, hereinafter called <br />Willmus and hereinafter called <br />Whereas, Willmus owns a tract of ground on North Hamline Avenue in the <br />City of Roseville known and described as the North 274 feet of East 333 feet <br />of the South 947 feet of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of <br />Section 3, Township 29, Range 23, and, <br />Whereas, owns the property known and described as the <br />North 587 feet of the East 623 feet of the South 947 of the Northeast <br />' <br />quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 3, Township 29, Range,23, <br />except the North 274 feet of the East 333 feet thereof and, <br />Whereas, properties of Willmus and are contigLtQus to one <br />another and have adjacent parking lots and, <br />Whereas, its in their mutual interest to have the combined parking <br />G <br />lots serve the tenants and customers of both buildings. <br />NOW THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY AGREED: <br />1. That Willmus and being the owners of adjacent commercially <br />developed property and legally described as: <br />a. The North 274 feet of East 333 feet of the South 947 feet of the <br />Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 3,.Township <br />ff <br />29, Range 23. <br />;. <br />b.
