Regular City Council Meeting <br /> Monday,January 29, 2024 <br /> Page 3 <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Etten, Groff, Strahan and Roe. <br /> Nays: None <br /> c. Hold a Public Hearing to Consider Approving an On Sale Liquor License for <br /> Khues Kitchen LLS, dba Khue's Located at 1490 County Road B West <br /> Assistant City Manager Rebecca Olson briefly highlighted this item as detailed in <br /> the Request for Council Action and related attachments dated January 29, 2024. <br /> Mr. Eric Pham representing Khues, reviewed the restaurant proposal with the <br /> Council. He noted the liquor license will help to build on the fine dining aspect of <br /> the restaurant. <br /> Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe offered an opportunity for public comment with no one coming <br /> forward. <br /> Groff moved, Strahan seconded, to approve the liquor license for Khues Kitchen <br /> LLC, dba Khue's <br /> Council Discussion <br /> Councilmember Groff indicated he looked forward to the opening of the restaurant. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Etten, Groff, Strahan and Roe. <br /> Nays: None <br /> d. Consider a Resolution Regarding Troy Automotive LLC's Request for a <br /> Zoning Code Text Amendment to Table 1005-1, Table of Allowed Uses, to <br /> Support"Motor Vehicle Repair,Auto Body Shop" as a Conditional Use in the <br /> Neighborhood Mixed-Use District. <br /> City Planner Thomas Paschke briefly highlighted this item as detailed in the <br /> Request for Council Action and related attachments dated January 29, 2024. <br /> Councilmember Etten asked what kind of parking space requirements the City has <br /> in this zone that might be pertinent to this type of business. <br /> Mr. Paschke stated the parking requirements were related to use in respect to the <br /> number of vehicles being serviced. He did not know if there was anything specific <br /> for a service station highlighted in the City Code related to parking vehicles. He <br /> noted one thing the applicant would like to do is to get some vehicles that are <br /> worked on periodically to be inside and serviced quicker and out of there. Some of <br />
