202.05 Adoption of City Comprehensive Play by City Council 202.06 Means of Executing Plan 202.07 Means of Executing Plan 202.02 Membership 202.03 Scope, Duties, and Functions 202.01 ESTABLISHMENT AND PURPOSE. A City Planning Commission for the City is hereby established, which shall be subject to Chapter 201 of the City Code. The Planning Commission shall be the City planning agency and shall have the Scope, Duties and Functions scope, duties, and functions given to such agencies generally by Minnesota Statutes, sections 462.351 through 462.364, as amended, and as conferred upon it by this Chapter.
