202.05 Adoption of City Comprehensive Play by City Council <br /> 202.06 Means of Executing Plan <br /> 202.07 Means of Executing Plan <br /> 202.02 Membership <br /> 202.03 Scope, Duties, and Functions <br /> 202.01 ESTABLISHMENT AND PURPOSE. <br /> A City Planning Commission for the City is hereby established, which shall be subject to Chapter <br /> 201 of the City Code. The Planning Commission shall be the City planning agency and shall have <br /> the Scope, Duties and Functions scope, duties, and functions given to such agencies generally by <br /> Minnesota Statutes, sections 462.351 through 462.364, as amended, and as conferred upon it by <br /> this Chapter.
