They <br />are at the end of their service life and scheduled for replacement in the 2024 budget. The CIP <br />identified $113,000 to replace the boilers. <br />Staff requested quotes from vendors. The following quotes were received for just the <br />equipment. <br />SVL – State Contract #23010401 - $40,600 <br />Yale - $56,000 <br />Request <br />Approve awarding the contract to SVL using state contract pricing of $40,600. <br />Staff is requesting additional quotes for installation of the unit but the quotes received to date <br />in addition to the cost of the new unit would be less than the budgeted amount of $113,000 in <br />the CIP. <br /> <br /> <br />Qbhf!279!pg!342 <br /> <br />
