The City and the Member will agree on the legal terms and options for repayment <br />to the City, including but not limited toauthorization from the Memberallowing the City <br />to deduct amounts owed from the Member’s final paycheck and accrued leave banks and <br />agreeing to cooperate on a repayment schedule for remaining funds owed. <br />4.By entering into this MOU, the City is not waiving its management rights or employer <br />authority under the Labor Agreements. The City will retain all inherent managerial <br />functions not specifically limited by the Labor Agreement. <br />5. This MOU will not be used as evidence of any past practice or precedent with respect to <br />future benefits or retentionincentive pay to Members. <br />6.
