<br />35 <br />36 Budget Implications <br />37 The policy provides a repeatable process to consider public requests for changing a street <br />38 name – the action of approving the policy itself has no budget implications. If a name <br />39 change for a specific street is requested by the public and vetted by staff, the request will <br />40 be brought before City Council for consideration of an ordinance to approve the name <br />41 change. There would be a cost estimate provided to City Council for the City’s street sign <br />42 changes or other agencies’ costs, if known.
