Stat. § 609.72 related to АЎ disorderly conduct. АЏ OWNER OR OPERATOR.Any person, firm, association, partnership, limited АА liability company, or corporation, which is the record owner,part owner, lessee, АБ receiver, sublessee, or franchised operator of real property as listed on the Ramsey АВ County property records that operates aLodging Establishmentbusiness thatoffers БЉ and accepts payment for guestrooms. БЊ 317.02:LICENSE REQUIRED, ISSUANCE OF LICENSE: БЋ A.License Required.In addition to the other licensing requirements set out by БЌ Minnesota Statutes,the Minnesota Department of Health, and Ramsey БЍ County,no person shall operate a Lodging Establishmentwithout a valid БЎ license issued by the City of Roseville.The license to operate must be БЏ renewedon a yearly basis.The Cityshall approve or deny each application. БА B.Application. An application for a license shall be made on a form provided ББ by the City. The application shall contain the full name of the applicant, the БВ applicant's residential and business addresses and telephone numbers, the ВЉ business or personal email address where official communications can be ВЊ sent, the address of the building for which the license is sought, the name of ВЋ the business for which the license is sought, and any additional information ВЌ the City Manager deems necessary. ВЍ C.Interested Persons. At the time of application, the applicant shall furnish the ВЎ City with a list of Interested Persons. It is the duty of each business licensee ВЏ to notify the City Manager or their designeein writing of any change in ВА Interested Persons.Failure to notifythe City of an additional Interested ВБ Person within thirty (30) days is a basis for imposition of a penalty under this ВВ Chapter.Interested Persons willbe subject to a background investigation and ЊЉЉ payment of the investigation fee. The City Manager may approve the ЊЉЊ addition of Interested Persons. Ifthe City Manager does not approve the ЊЉЋ addition of an Interested Person, the City shall provide notice to the Lodging ЊЉЌ Establishment who may appeal the City Managers determination to the City ЊЉЍ Council.TheCityCouncil may revoke any license issued upon its RS160\\1\\898964.v16 Qbhf!::!pg!342
