Minnesota Statutes, section 412.191, subd. 4, allows 11 publication by title and summary in the case of lengthy ordinances or those containing 12 charts or maps. 13 14 The City Council has determined that the following summary would clearly inform the 15 public of the intent and effect of the ordinance. 16 17 SECTION 2: The following is the official summary of Ordinance No._____ entitled 18 “AMENDING TITLE 8, SECTION 802.15 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE TO 19 UPDATE AND CLARFY REQUIRMENTS RELATED TO THE DISCHARGE OF FAT, 20 OIL, AND GREASE” which was approved by the City Council of Roseville on 21 ____________, 2024 and directs the City Clerk to publish the title and summary as follows 22 in the official newspaper in lieu of the entire ordinance: 23 24 On________, 2024, the City Council of the City of Roseville adopted 25 Ordinance No._____, an ordinance amending Title 8, Section 802.15 of the 26 Roseville City Code in order to update and clarify regulations for the 27 discharge of fat, oils,and grease. 28 29 SECTION 3: A printed copy of the full ordinance is available for inspection by any person 30 during regular office hours in the office of the City Manager at the Roseville City Hall, 31 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota 55113.
