!Stuffed Chairs <br />!Tires (car both on and off the rim) <br />Additional materials may be added by mutual written agreement between the City and the <br />Contractor. Examples may include tractor tires and railroad ties. Additional materials <br />should be identified on the completed Attachment A. <br /> <br />3.06 Unacceptable Materials <br /> <br />The Contractor shall not collect household hazardous waste, explosives or other material <br />requiring special handling. <br /> <br />Residents arriving with unacceptable material will be directed by Contractorstaff at the <br />gate to appropriate disposal facilities for these items. <br /> <br />If unacceptable material makes it past screening at the gate, the unacceptable material <br />shall be segregated from other materials, stored, and delivered to an appropriate disposal <br />facility by the Contractor. <br /> <br />3.07 Collection Location <br /> <br />The Clean Up Day will be held at the Dale Street Soccer Fields parking lot 2555 N. Dale <br />Street in Roseville unless the City of Roseville and Contractor mutually agree on a <br />different sight. <br /> <br />The Contractor may begin staging collection equipment after 2:00 p.m. Friday afternoon <br />immediately preceding the Clean Up Day. However, the City will not be liable for any <br />damage that may occur to the equipment left overnight at the site. All collection <br />equipment shall be removed by 5:00 p.m. on the Clean Up Day. <br /> <br />3.08. Cleanup Responsibilities <br /> <br />The Contractor shall adequately clean up any materials spilled, leaked or blown during <br />the course of collection and/or hauling operations and return the area to the state that <br />existed prior to set up. <br /> <br />3.09. Severe Weather <br /> <br /> Collections may be postponed due to severe weather at the sole discretion of the City. <br />at 6:00 a.m. is 20 degrees F or colder. The Contractor will be responsible for notifying <br />the residents by radio and/or television announcements. The City will be responsible for <br />notifying the residents by municipal cable TV and messages through the Cityemail <br />notification system.
