c) Be clean and presentable in appearance, as far as possible. <br /> <br />d) Drive in a safe and considerate manner. <br /> <br />e) Monitor for any spillage and be responsible for cleaning up any litter or breakage. <br /> <br />f) Avoid damage to property. <br /> <br />g) Not perform their duties or operate vehicles while consuming alcohol or illegally <br />using controlled substances or while under the influence of alcohol and/or such <br />substances. <br /> <br />h) COVID-19 (Coronavirus) <br />Contractors are required to follow safety and social distancing recommendations <br />from the CDC and Minnesota Department of Health to slow the spread of <br />COVID-19. <br /> <br />3.04. Collection Hours <br /> <br />Contractor shall maintain sufficient equipment and personnel to assure that all collection <br />operations begin no later than 8:00 a.m. and are completed by 1:00 p.m. on the scheduled <br />collection day.
