7.04. How to Submit Proposals <br /> <br />Quotes shall be emailed to the Engineering Department <br />(engineering@Cityofroseville.com) or contact provided on the RFQ cover sheet, no later <br />than 11:30 a.m. (CST) February 16, 2021, unless otherwise approved by City staff. <br /> <br />Quotes will be treated in accordance with Mn. Statutes 13.591, Subdivision 3 (b), Data <br />Practices Act. <br /> <br />7.05. Quote Content <br /> <br />All proposals must complete the listed items below: <br /> <br />!Price Chart for items identified by the City (Appendix A). Include any additional <br />items the company will accept beyond the minimum identified by the City. <br />!List of Recycling/Disposal Facilities (Appendix B). Include any additional markets <br />the company has identified to recycle material collected. <br />!Upon Request: List of References - other municipal clients in the Twin Cities metro <br />region receiving similar services including contact name, phone number and email. <br />!Upon Request: <br />(telephone and e-mail) <br />!Upon Request: Written narrative providing clarification of operation of Clean Up <br />Day <br /> <br />7.06. Evaluation Criteria <br /> <br />Quotes will be reviewed based on price and how well the proposal meets base <br />specifications.
