Courtesy Benches shall be maintained a minimum of once 82 per week with such maintenance to include picking-up litter/debris about the Courtesy 83 Bench, removing graffiti/stickers, removal of ice and snow in a manner such that each 84 bench shall be fully accessible within 72 hours of a snow fall or other weather event. 85 Courtesy Benches shall be inspected weekly for any damaged or broken parts and shall 86 repair or replace damaged or broken parts within 48 hours after damage or breakage is 87 discovered or reported. 88 89 N.Liability Insurance: A certificate of liability insurance shall be filed with the city covering 90 claims for damages which might arise out of the use or placement of a bench in the public 91 right of way naming the city as an additional insured. The minimum limit of liability shall 92 be six hundred thousand one milliondollars ($61,000,000.00). 93 94 O. Revocation of License: The city may suspend or revoke any license under this Chapter 95 pursuant to Section 301.09 of the Roseville City Code. 96 97 P. Removal: At the request of the Public Works Director, a Courtesy Bench shall be removed 98 at thepermitteelicensee’s sole expense in order to permit right-of-way improvements or 99 maintenance. If the location of the Courtesy Bench is a safety hazard or if it interferes with 100 pedestrian or vehicular traffic on the right of way, or if the bus route changes, the provider 101 licensee must removal remove the Courtesy Bench within 30 days of the route change.
