<br />Attachment 3 <br />164 F. If a person is found to have engaged in rentals that require a license under <br />165 this Chapter, but no license has been obtained, upon application for licensure <br />166 said license shall not become effective for 90 days. <br />167 <br />168 SECTION5: Title 9 Section 909.07 of the Roseville City Code is amended <br />169 to read as follows: <br />170 <br />171 909.07 NOTICE TO RENTER, REQUIREMENT TO POST, NOTICE TO <br />172 NEIGHBORING PROPERTIES: <br />173 A.The owner or its agent must post, in accordance with the instructions provided by <br />174 the City, in each Short-Term Rental unit a current copy of the Short-term Rental <br />175 License provided by the City upon issuance of license. This license shall <br />176 specifically include the following minimum information: <br />177 1.The street address of the registered property; and <br />178 <br />179 2.The name, street address, email address(es) and telephone number(s) of the <br />180 owner, the local agent or both as applicable; and <br />181 <br />182 3.The expiration date of the license. <br />183 <br />184 B.The owner or its agent must post in each Short-Term Rental unit a current copy of <br />185 Roseville City Code Sections 405, Noise Control, 407, Nuisances, and 602, <br />186 Stopping, Standing and Parking. <br />187 <br />188 C.Upon issuance of license and annual renewal of the license, within ten (10) days of <br />189 City Council Approval, must notify all residential properties of one to four units <br />190 within 300 feet, with a copy to the City, of the following: <br />191 <br />192 1.The statement: “The property located at (insert address) obtained a Short <br />193 Term Rental License from the City of Roseville on (insert date). As a <br />194 requirement of the license, notification must be provided to property owners <br />195 within 300 feet so that the license holder’s contact information can be <br />196 provided should any questions or concerns arise.”; <br />197 2.The address of the licensed property and what type of property is being used <br />198 for Short Term rental (single family home, twin-home, townhome, condo, <br />199 apartment, duplex, triples, or fourplex; <br />200 3.The name, email address and telephone number of the owner and/or local <br />201 agent responsible for the Short Term Rental property; and <br />202 4.A copy of the license issued by the City. <br />203 SECTION 6: Title 9 Section 909.08 of the Roseville City Code is amended <br />204 to read as follows: <br />Qbhf!39!pg!614 <br /> <br />
