164 <br />165 F. If a person is found to have engaged in rentals that require a license under <br />166 this Chapter, but no license has been obtained, upon application for licensure <br />167 said license shall not become effective for 90 days. <br />168 <br />169 SECTION5: Title 9 Section 909.07 of the Roseville City Code is amended <br />170 to read as follows: <br />171 <br />172 909.07 NOTICE TO RENTER, REQUIREMENT TO POST, NOTICE TO <br />173 NEIGHBORING PROPERTIES: <br />174 A. The owner or its agent must post, in accordance with the instructions provided by <br />175 the City, in each Short-Term Rental unit a current copy of the Short-term Rental <br />176 License provided by the City upon issuance of license. This license shall <br />177 specifically include the following minimum information: <br />178 1. The street address of the registered property; and <br />179 <br />180 2. The name, street address, email address(es) and telephone number(s) of the <br />181 owner, the local agent or both as applicable; and <br />182 <br />183 3. The expiration date of the license. <br />184 <br />185 B.The owner or its agent must post in each Short-Term Rental unit a current copy of <br />186 Roseville City Code Sections 405, Noise Control, 407, Nuisances, and 602, <br />187 Stopping, Standing and Parking. <br />188 <br />189 C.Upon issuance of license and annual renewal of the license, within ten (10) days of <br />190 City Council Approval, the owner or its agent must notify all residential properties <br />191 of one to four units within 300 feet, with a copy to the City, of the following: <br />192 <br />193 1. The statement: “The property located at (insert address) obtained a Short <br />194 Term Rental License from the City of Roseville on (insert date). As a <br />195 requirement of the license, notification must be provided to property owners <br />196 within 300 feet so that the license holder’s contact information can be <br />197 provided should any questions or concerns arise.”; <br />198 2. The address of the licensed property and what type of property is being used <br />199 for Short Term rental (single family home, twin-home, townhome, condo, <br />200 apartment, duplex, triples, or fourplex; <br />201 3. The name, email address and telephone number of the owner and/or local <br />202 agent responsible for the Short Term Rental property; and <br />203 4.
