204 SECTION 6: Title 9 Section 909.08 of the Roseville City Code is amended <br />205 to read as follows: <br />206 <br />207 909.08 EXEMPTIONS: <br />208 A.Individual sleeping rooms within an otherwise owner-occupied residence. <br />209 B.Rentals where the owner is present for the duration of the rental. <br />210 C.Rentals that exist solely due to “rent-back” provision of property sales. <br />211 D. Month-to-month rental leases that originated from a lease period in excess of thirty <br />212(30) consecutive days. <br />213 E. Accessory Dwelling Units permitted under Title 10, Zoning, of the City Code when <br />214 said Accessory Dwelling Unit is not detached from the principal dwelling unit. <br />215 F. Hotels, motels and/or similar Lodging establishments licensed under City Code <br />216 Chapter 317. <br />217 <br />218 SECTION 7: Title 9 Section 909.09 of the Roseville City Code is amended <br />219 to read as follows: <br />220 <br />221 909.09: LICENSE SUSPENSION AND REVOCATION: <br />222 <br />223 A. A Short-Term Rental license may be revoked or suspended by the City <br />224 Council at any time under the provisions of this chapter, or Chapter 301 <br />225 Section 301.09, for grounds including, but not limited to, the following: <br />226 <br />227 1. Two or more confirmed violations of this section within 180 days, <br />228 except for a single violation as outlined in paragraph B of this section. <br />229 <br />230 2. False or misleading information given or provided in connection with <br />231 a license application. <br />232 <br />233 3. Failure to maintain the residential rental property in a manner that <br />234 meets pertinent provisions of City Code including, but not limited to, <br />235 Code Chapters 407 and 906. <br />236 <br />237 4. Violations committed or permitted by the owner or the owner’s agent, <br />238 or committed or permitted by the tenant or the tenant’s guests or <br />239 agents, of any rules, codes, statutes and ordinances relating to, <br />240 pertaining to, or governing the premises including, but not limited to, <br />241 the following: <br />Qbhf!53!pg!614 <br /> <br />
