This includes foreclosure protection, home <br />50 improvement loans for interior and exterior remodeling and a land trust program. <br />51 <br />52 Question 93 <br />53 Last fall, In 2019, the City of Roseville, in partnership with Ramsey County, opened an organics <br />54 recycling drop-off site at the Leaf Recycling Center on Dale Street just south of County Road C. <br />55 Before Question 98 <br />56 Some cities have started a curbside collection program to collect food scraps and other organic <br />57 waste. <br />58 Ramsey and Washington counties are working together to bring food scraps pickup service to all <br />59 residents, whether they live in an apartment, condo or house. Starting in late 2024, Roseville <br />60 residents can participate by opting into this free program. Once residents sign up, Ramsey County <br />61 will ship to your house at no charge, thick compostable bags to collect the food scraps. Once a bag <br />62 is full, you’ll place it in your regular trash cart.
