Projects are not anticipated to negatively impact disadvantaged <br />116 populations. Street projects will improve pedestrian curb ramps within the project area to <br />117 provide better access for individuals with disabilities. Development of new or revised <br />118 ordinances, policies and plans will consider equity criteria and impacts. <br />119 <br />120 Budget Implications <br />121 The estimated total work plan construction costs are currently $6.9 million. City contribution <br />122 to these construction costs are around $6.2 million and account for City participation in the <br />123 County’s projects. 2024 projects contained in this council action are funded as noted below <br />124 and consistent with the approved Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). Prior to contract award, <br />125 staff will bring individual contracts to the City Council for approval.
