Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called the meeting to order at approximately 6:00 p.m. Voting and Seating <br /> Order: Groff, Strahan, Etten, Schroeder, and Roe. Assistant City Manager Rebecca Olson <br /> and City Attorney Rachel Tierney were also present. <br /> 2. Pledge of Allegiance <br /> 3. Approve Agenda <br /> Mayor Roe asked if there was any objection to the agenda. No one objected. Mayor Roe <br /> indicated the agenda would stand as presented. <br /> 4. Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda <br /> items. No one came forward to speak. <br /> 5. Recognitions, Donations, and Communications <br /> 6. Items Removed from Consent Agenda <br /> 7. Business Items <br /> a. Receive Presentation from Ramsey County Regarding the Dale Street Project <br /> Public Works Director Jesse Freihammer briefly highlighted this item as detailed <br /> in the Request for Council Action and related attachments dated March 11, 2024. <br /> Mr. Louis Suarez, Ramsey County, made a presentation of the Dale Street project <br /> to the City Council. <br /> Mayor Roe thanked Mr. Suarez for the presentation. <br /> Councilmember Groff asked how curb cuts are handled for wheelchair and stroller <br /> access. <br /> Mr. Suarez explained this project, along with all projects have to go through a State <br /> Aid Review. As a part of implementing this project is updating the ADA aspects of <br /> signalized intersections. All of that will get addressed as a part of the project. <br /> Councilmember Strahan indicated she was curious why there is not a planned <br /> crossing at Roselawn and Dale Streets. She indicated she did not see a signal light <br />
