NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Adjustment and Appeals of <br /> the City of Roseville affirms the Roseville Variance Board's DENIAL of the requested variance <br /> to §1011.08.A.3, Fences In All Districts, of the City Code concerning the installation of a 10-foot <br /> tall, low-voltage, 12V/DC battery-powered, pulsed electric security system inside the screened <br /> enclosure a Caliber Collision, 1914 County Road C, agreeing with the findings made by the <br /> Variance Board in Resolution No.164 adopted on March 6, 2024. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Groff, <br /> and upon a vote being taken thereon,the following voted in favor thereof: Etten, Schroeder, Groff, <br /> and Mayor Roe. <br /> and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
