NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Adjustment and Appeals of the City of Roseville affirms the Roseville Variance Board's DENIAL of the requested variance to §1011.08.A.3, Fences In All Districts, of the City Code concerning the installation of a 10-foot tall, low-voltage, 12V/DC battery-powered, pulsed electric security system inside the screened enclosure a Caliber Collision, 1914 County Road C, agreeing with the findings made by the Variance Board in Resolution No.164 adopted on March 6, 2024. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Groff, and upon a vote being taken thereon,the following voted in favor thereof: Etten, Schroeder, Groff, and Mayor Roe. and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
