<br />Street and requested that the Village do something about ttabilizing
<br />the street. Mr. BrodOTllY was told that the street has not yet been
<br />accepted by the Village, and the problem aha 1J.d be taken care of by
<br />the developer.

<br />John Daubney appeared in behalf of McGough Bros. Construction con-
<br />cerning the rezoning of the Northwest corner of County Road "C" and
<br />Fairview. Mr. Daubney reguested that the council t2ke action on the
<br />matter at this meeting. He was told that further explanation of the
<br />proposed bttffer strip is necessary and that no action could be taken
<br />8"t this time as the cOllncil has promised to notify the spokesman for
<br />the objectors of the proposed rezoning when the matter is to come up
