Public Comment Mayor Roe offered an opportunity for public comment with no one coming forward. Groff moved, Schroeder seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 12027 entitled, "Resolution Amending the 2024 Budget for the Fiscal Year of 2024." Consider Approval of Rosedale Center Commercial Police Officer Agreement for 2024-2027 Police Chief Erica Scheider and Deputy Chief Joe Adams briefly highlighted this item as detailed in the Request for Council Action and related attachments dated May 6, 2024. Mayor Roe thanked Chief Schieder and Deputy Chief Adams for bringing this forward, all the work it took to get to this point, and being thoughtful on how it works with the staffing levels, which have been a challenge. Councilmember Strahan noted she often sees police cars on the movie theater side, and asked if that is someone who normally patrols that area and would that presence be maintained even with the two officers affiliated with Rosedale. Chief Scheider explained there may be some days where it is the officer assigned to that district that Councilmember Strahan is seeing. Roseville Police Department also allows for a person that is working the exterior perimeter that Rosedale pays
