Items Removed from the Consent Agenda <br /> 7. Business Items <br /> a. Receive Visit Roseville Presentation Regarding National Travel and Tourism <br /> Week <br /> Ms. Julie Wearn, the representative for Visit Roseville, gave a presentation to the <br /> City Council regarding National Travel and Tourism Week. <br /> Mayor Roe indicated Visit Roseville is affiliated with the City and is funded by <br /> local lodging tax dollars to help promote Roseville to visitors. He thanks Ms. Wearn <br /> for her presentation. <br /> b. Consider a Request to Perform an Abatement for Unresolved Violations of <br /> City Code at 3119 Mildred Drive <br /> City Building Official David Englund summarized the request as detailed in the <br /> Request for Council Action of this date; and noted a bench handout incorporated <br /> into the Request for Council Action providing an extract of City Council meeting <br /> minutes of May 20, 2024. <br /> Mayor Roe asked if the property owner or a representative for the property owner <br /> was at the meeting. No one came forward. <br /> Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe offered an opportunity for public comment with no one coming <br /> forward. <br /> Groff moved, Etten seconded, directing Community Development staff to abate the <br /> public nuisance violations at 3119 Mildred Drive by notifying a towing company <br /> to remove the unlicensed and/or inoperable vehicles from the property. <br /> Council Discussion <br />
