Department Approval City Manager Approval Item Description: Consider Approval of Community Aspirations and Authorize Next Steps for Receiving Strategic Planning Proposals 1 2 Background 3 At your November 27, 2023 meeting, the City Council received the final report of the 4 Envision Roseiville community visioning project. The final report detailed the engagement 5 process that allowed the community to express ideas about how they want their community 6 to look and feel in the future. The themes from this engagement were further refined and 7 vetted to become a series of aspiration statements which articulate the community's vision 8(Community Aspirations). Based on the final report and staff input, the following community 9 aspirations are listed for the Council to consider formally adopting.
